What are the charges for shipping?

There are no additional charges for shipping on orders above ₹1500.
For orders below that amount, we charge ₹100 for delivery.

Can I change my shipping details?

We encourage you to ensure that the shipping address is correct before you place the order. In case you need to make changes after you have placed the order, please write to us at hello@thearzoyi.com within 12 hours of placing an order.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Your order should reach you within 7-8 working days after we have confirmed it. The order delivery time may vary based on your location as well as delivery conditions. 

Do you ship overseas?

No, we do not offer international shipping yet.
